How to start with BUSUP

Users Guide

 

Here's all you need to know to get started:

Whats is BUSUP?

We digitise transport services to make them more efficient, transparent, sustainable and flexible, adapting them to the ever-changing needs of the employees. We offer a complete service connecting needs and desires with the best way to get around.

Everything you need to know in 3 easy steps:

1. On the top right corner of the page you'll find a "Register" button

We suggest using Google Chrome ou o Firefox

2. Fill the register form.

All the field with (*) are obligatory.

If your company finances your trips, you will have to use your company email, select the correct company and insert you companies number for them to accept you.

You can easily use your ticket and know the real location of your bus on the route.

1. Register

On the top right corner of the page you'll find a "Sign Up" button

Fill the register form

2. How to Sign In

Once your profile has been approved, enter the e-mail you used to register and your password;

Click on ''Log in''

We recommend using the Google Chrome or Firefox browser

3. How to Book

By clicking on the "Booking" tab, more information about the "Departure Trip" will appear on the screen

Select your route (1) and then which stops (2) and days (3) you want to use our service

If you want to know more about the route, click on "Route Itinerary"

You can see the route on the map and all the details of stops and timetables on the route you have selected

After choosing your departure don't forget to do the same for returns as well

On the right you will see the complete route you are choosing

When you click on "Continue" it will display all the detailed information about the route and the stops you choose.

If you find a reservation you don't need,just click on the bin icon (🗑) to cancel the reservation

Please confirm all the details before finalizing your booking

Accept BUSUP's general conditions and privacy policy, check that the booking details are correct and click on ''Continue''.

You're done!

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tickets.

4. How to cancel bookings?

Open the tab with your name and click on "Flexible management".

The days with active bookings will appear in blue.

Select the day you want to cancel.

After selecting the day, the bookings you have for that day will appear. Click on "Cancel Trip"

Confirm that you are cancelling the correct booking and click on "Yes".

The cancelled day will disappear from the calendar

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email

5. APP

Improve your experience! Download the BUSUP app and log in.

You can easily use your ticket and know the real location of your bus on the route.

Open the BUSUP APP and select your country;

Log in with your email address and password.

If you don't have an account, you should register on the landing page dedicated to your company.

Click on "Bookings" to see your journeys and select the one you want to use

View the details of your route by clicking on "Routes" at bottom:

  • Timetables and stops
  • Bus information
  • Contact and customer support

Check-in

Press the "Check-in" icon at bottom of the screen

Then click on the Contactless icon or the QR code at the top of the screen

Check-in contactless mode:

Press and hold the fingerprint icon until you hear the confirmation signal

Check-in QR code mode:

Displays the QR code to the driver for them to scan
